FEE / SERVICE OVERVIEW

LACTATION HOME VISIT - $40 +HST for a 75 - 90 minute initial session / $160 +HST for a 60 minute follow-up (An additional $160 + HST will be charged per hour beyond the initial 90 minutes). Includes text and email support for 2 weeks after your visit.

PUMP SUPPORT HOME VISIT (Including Flange Fitting) - $160 + HST for a 60 minute session. Includes text and email support for 2 weeks after your visit.

PRIVATE VIRTUAL / PHONE VISIT - $150 +HST per hour - Charged according to timing of consult. Includes text and email support for 2 weeks after your visit.

FULLY OHIP (FREE) COVERED VIRTUAL VISITS - Available with a referral for BABY from a DOCTOR. Please note referrals cannot be sent by midwives. Please get your doctor to fill in one of the following forms. All forms must be sent to taya_vw@hotmail.com or texted to 416-996-0321.

ONLINE REFERRAL FORM FOR OHIP COVERED VIRTUAL VISITS

PARTIALLY COVERED CLINIC VISIT via KIDCREW LACTATION CLINIC - PARTIALLY OHIP covered visits - $65 (all taxes included). Wednesdays between 9:30 and 4:00 . Kidcrew is located at Bathurst and St. Clair. You will require a referral for both MOTHER / PARENT and BABY to be sent to Kidcrew before you are able to book an appointment. Please see www.kidcrew.com for referral forms and fax number.

PRENATAL EDUCATION

  • IN PERSON GROUP CLASSES - Oona Wellness. 2.5 hours: $89.00 +HST per couple (please see Oona Wellness for available times)

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Education Private Class (In-Your-Home) - 2 hours: $300.00 +HST per couple / group. Includes complimentary trouble shooting phone call once your baby is born.

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Education Private Class (Virtually) - $150.00 +HST per hour. Classes generally run 1.5 - 2 hours.

- Please note that hospital or surface-lot parking fees will also be added to your invoice.

- Please also note that any consultations outside of my catchment area of Kipling Avenue (WEST), Victoria Park Ave (EAST), Sheppard Avenue (NORTH) will be charged an additional travel fee of $50.00
